Painters of all levels (2nd Shift)

An entry level painter may have limited experience but must be familiar with paint spray guns, gravity feed, siphon feed, etc.  As the employee progresses to more of a Sr. role, they will learn to set the gun for various types of paints, epoxies and enamels. They will learn to read “Tech Data Sheets” pertaining to various types of paint mixing directions, re-coat times, Dry times and the employee will develop the ability to prep parts for the painting process such as masking, sanding, sandblasting, and some hand sanding. They will develop the ability to occasionally apply fillers and finish sanding to achieve acceptable surface for painting.  This position has a career path that leads to a Sr. Level painter who would be independently performing all operations, interacting with Engineering, Sr. Management and Production Control while mentoring less experienced personnel.

HS/GED, 1+ years experience

Must be US Citizen

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $19.20 - $28.80, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
