GDIT Federal Financial Agencies is looking for an Administrative Assistant (AA) for a Financial Agency Program. The AA is a key member of the departmental support staff, assisting Program Leadership in completing a wide range of administrative support tasks for the broader unit. The AA acts on the direction from Program Leadership as well as independently implementing a range of tasks. The candidate for the AA position has regular interaction with senior managers. 

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience

Required Skills:

  • General secretarial duties that include filing, taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, making travel and training arrangements
  • Administrative support to executive staff with office management responsibilities to include budgeting, financial management, personnel records, and payroll/timecards
  • May be required to work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials

Education Requirements:

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent experience

Public Trust: Active Favorably Adjudicated U.S. Government background investigation (T1 minimum)
