Performs as the liaison for the CECS contract to the Air National Guard Technical Services Center (ANG-TSC) in Minot, ND. Reports directly to the CECS Program Manager. Coordinates and is responsible for integrating actions with the ANG-TSC regarding all ANG bases to include the technical objectives and management reporting. Associated tasks include;

1. Responsible for the successful completion of contract tasks at ANG bases. May also perform high level technical services on assigned tasks.

2. Represents CECS program to the ANG-TSC and other senior ANG organizational entities. Attend customer meetings.

3. Serves as a liaison with ANG-TSC and all ANG bases to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.

4. Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks. Coordinates development of deliverables and products. Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.

5. Assures quality of program products, services, and deliverables.

6. Establishes and defines ANG program plan requirements and develops optimum plan.

7. Interacts regularly with ANG customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.

8. Coordinates and monitors activities at all ANG bases.

9. Develops, reviews, and coordinates plans, schedules, and other program documents with other CECS teams to ensure required work is accomplished.

10. Prepares various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested.

11. Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.

12. Participates in special projects as required; other duties as assigned.

13.  Other requirements:

- BA / BS (or equivalent experience), 5 + years of related work experience.

- Must possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

- Passports are required to support on-site staffing and travel requirements.

- There may be CONUS and OCONUS travel for assessments, installations, and to support on-site sustainment.

- DoD 8570 IAM I and PMP certification highly desired.

- DoD SECRET clearance required.

- Knowledge of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) security.

- Familiarity with USAF eMASS and ATO process desired.

- Knowledge of Air Force Risk Management Framework (RMF), Information Assurance, Information Technology, and NETOPS.

- Familiarity with NIST 800 series desired.

- Experience with DoD, US Air Force (USAF), and ANG desired but not required.
