HOW A LOGISTICS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Effective communication within the team is required as our personnel and vehicles are often supporting high-level customers with direct impact to the Sponsor's overall mission
• Fleet and Maintenance office interacts with Sponsor's drivers, administrative personnel, and third party repair vendors. The office is typically staffed with less than six (6) personnel
• The Logistics Analyst will utilize Sponsor's databases to dispose and coordinate movement of materials and vehicles
• The Logistics Analyst will occasionally be required to utilize a forklift or pallet jack to assist with the offload of deliveries or material movement around Sponsor's facility
• The Logistics Analyst will be working in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel. The candidate will also be working in the Sponsor Access Request system and Sponsor Internal Shipment Tracking system utilizing the Sponsor Asset Tracking software and Sponsor Office Supply ordering system. On the job training can be provided

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: High School Diploma/GED
• Required Experience: 1+ years of related experience
• Required Technical Skills: Basic level of proficiency with most Microsoft Office programs, to include Excel
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
• Required Skills and Abilities: Current forklift certification
• Preferred Skills: Basic proficiency with the Sponsor systems and prior experience with Sponsor's vehicle and asset tracking
• Location: Customer on-site in McLean, VA
• US Citizenship Required
