Performs non-administrative assigned ABAD site managerial and supervisory duties and supports all work efforts for performance of contract. Manages daily operations in all functional areas, including equipment maintenance, mission operations, and general support activities including, but not limited to Occupational Health and Safety, Facility Management, and Job Control (JC). Specific tasks include but are not limited to the following:
Responsible for the overall operations/maintenance of the ABAD site assigned
Works closely with the government program manager in establishing assigned site project objectives, plans, and budgets
Assists with the leadership and guidance for a staff in a dynamic joint/military intelligence environment
Performs analytical, planning, presentation, and problem-solving, gains internal support to operate and establish strong working relationships with customers, technical staff, managers, and peers
Schedules workload utilizing an automated system
Provide the Government a daily update of the current schedule and the status of operations to be performed

Requirements Level I:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of recent specialized experience; OR 10 years of recent specialized experience. Must have demonstrated practical experience in the area(s) of expertise required in the Task Order, Performance Work Statement.
Level II = Level I with 3 additional years’ experience
Level III = Level I with 5 additional years’ experience
