In the role of a Subcontracts Administrator Associate, a typical day would include:

  • Assists in the negotiation and administration of assigned NDAs, TA,s subcontracts, purchase orders, and other related agreements
  • Assists in preparation of subcontract solicitations
  • Participates in the evaluation of subcontractor proposals for adherence to company and client requirements
  • Participates in the review and coordination of approval of terms, conditions, and legal sufficiency of all subcontract documents
  • Participates in negotiating and drafting subcontract modifications
  • Prepares status reports and briefs management on issues or problems
  • Assists management and subcontract personnel in preparing procedural changes
  • Assists management and subcontract personnel in the resolution of subcontract-related problems
  • Develops current knowledge of relevant subcontract procedures and practices
  • Participates in special projects as required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • 0-2 years of related experience in contracts administration or office administration
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $21.60 - $32.40, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
