Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Development of business processes and enterprise IT applications to include innovation and emergent technologies focused on meeting overall objectives.
  • Analyze and review the latest advances in Cloud Service Providers and best industry practices to optimize the current systems and services.
  • Develop road maps, future design strategy, UX/UI design, and rapid prototyping.
  • Lead the development of special studies, data analytics, change management, business process engineering, and requirements analysis.
  • Develop a process to implement initiatives that are compliant with the customer.
  • Oversee development and design work that may include software and middleware design, model formulation, development cost projections, system architecture analysis, analysis of alternatives (AoA), and Business Case Analysis, and documentation on new systems, Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs).
  • Develop and directs tests and collaborates with client to ensure systems meet documented user requirements.
  • Analyze activities and decomposes requirements and allocates across systems components/sub-components.
  • Development of capturing and reporting reference architecture and documenting compliance standards.
  • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Plans and directs upgrades of operating systems and designs systems enhancements.
  • Integrating approved COTS/GOTS developed applications upgrades into the baseline

Required Experience / Certifications:

  • 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in AWS, Azure or other Cloud Service provider.

Desirable Experience / Certification:

  • Cloud Computing certification.
  • Knowledge and understanding of ITIL Service Design process and procedures.
  • Experience working in the Agile Software Development and Testing framework.
  • Experience with DevOps / DevSecOps methods in support of continuous development, continuous integration environments.

Security Clearance:

  • TS/SCI required
  • Candidates must be willing and able to attain a CI Polygraph
