Manages systems professionals directly or through subordinate managers and offers leadership, coaching, and training.
Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.
Develops schedules and performance requirements and has budget responsibilities.
Enhances information systems by identifying information systems technology opportunities and developing application strategies.
Oversees the maintenance of accounts, security, workflows, and secure systems connectivity.
Manages all information systems policies and procedures.
SCOPE: Manages a medium to large team or department focused on multiple areas. Medium to High complexity.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 8+ years of experience
Demonstrated experience in the following:
Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) principles, practices, tools, and automation
Service Level Objectives (SLOs) & Error Budgets
Monitoring and Service Level Indicators (SLIs)
Anti-fragility, performance management, and incident management
DoD 8570.01-M, IASAE Level II
