GDIT is seeking qualified candidates for Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support (MTCCS) program.  GDIT delivers individual sustainment through collective Mission Command training, Leadership Training / Development, Warfighter Functions (WFF) training, Delta Training, First Person Simulations (Gaming), and constructive simulations supported training.  Technical integration between simulation and C4I systems.  Establish /maintain training and exercise networks.  Accomplish Risk Management Framework Certification and Accreditation security and risk management activities.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

As a MTCCS USARPAC Military Exercise Planner II/Training Specialist Advisor:

  • Plans, coordinates, and executes unit collective training at echelons ranging from Battalion to Division. 

  • Assists unit leadership in planning collective training that will meet their training objectives; identifies any gaps (resource, training, equipment, etc.) and works with the management team to ensure they are filled prior to execution of training. 

  • Serves in a mentorship or observer/controller role when requested. 

  • Gathers observations based on unit actions during the training event and provides input to unit After Action Reviews (AARs). 

  • Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant TTPs.

  • Manage all SCI access control requirements to include indoctrinations and debriefs

Desirable Skills / Experience:

  • Experience with SCIF management preferred.

  • Experience with Defense Information System for Security (DISS) preferred.

  • Experience in classroom instruction and courseware development preferred.

Education Required:

  • BS/BA (related technical or military discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/military experience)

  • 8-10+ years of experience

Security Clearance:

  • MUST be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance
