As the selected Information Security Engineer, you will be responsible for the following (not limited to):
Oversee classified security policy implementation and enforcement across the corporation.
Perform computer security functions as assigned, including preparation of System Security Plans (SSPs), computer security briefings, computer/network security audits and inventory.
Support security authorization activities in compliance with the Risk Management Framework process (RMF).
Assist in the development of classified information systems security policies, plans, and procedures and serve as a key reviewer of unclassified systems information security policies and plans.
Coordinate the design, implementation and evaluation of all phases of highly complex information security solutions and programs.
Generate and maintain required IS security documentation including Systems Security Plans (SSP), Continuous Monitoring Plans, Security Control Trace-ability Matrices, Risk Assessments, Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M), equipment specifications, practices and procedures.
Understand current computer technologies and technical security requirements as applied to the design, development, evaluation, and integration of computer systems and networks to sustain compliance with national and corporate policy as well as best practices.

Minimum DoD Security Clearance: Secret
ISSO in a federal agency
Processed classified DoD systems through the RMF process to obtain an ATO to include:
Security Control Assessments
STIGS/ACAS Scan & Interpretation
POA&M Development & Management (Includes mitigation & remediation)
Working knowledge of eMASS
Required IAM II at a minimum: IAM II requires two certifications: One of the following: GSEC Sec+ CE SSCP CCNA Security. One of the following: CAP GSLC CISM CASP CISSP or Associate
