Calendar management, resolve calendar conflicts, place and receive phone calls from senior officials. Timekeeper. ability to work independently, prioritize and track actions, and make sound decisions as well as work as part of a team. Excellent oral and written communication skills sufficient to compose and deliver responses to partners' routine to highly complex questions in a clear and concise manner. Ability to prepare executive level memorandum and eMemos; review outgoing correspondence for completeness, format, grammar, punctuation and general accuracy. Extensive knowledge of filing and records management systems and practices. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work requirements and priorities, maintaining flexibility and versatility. Working knowledge of sponsor component operations sufficient to anticipate administrative support plans in coordination with component management and assigned executive suite. Extensive knowledge of protocol, precedence, organization rules, regulations and policies. Provide travel support and prepare vouchers. Coordinate meetings and arrange for transportation for principals. Required to support events(send out invitations, order catering and secure venues). Order office supplies.
