Cybersecurity Policy Analyst
Review, analyze and develop cyber processes, policies and procedures for the DLA enterprise.

The candidate should be able to:

  • Track and validate compliance with DoD and DLA requirements.
  • Coordinate dissemination of necessary information in support of compliance activity.
  • Perform continuous review of DLA Cyber Security SOPs and TTPs looking for areas of improvement and ensuring they remain compliant with DoD policies
  • Update DLA Cyber Security SOPs and TTPs as required
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across functional and technical skill sets.
  • Provide strong written and verbal communication, solid presentation skills and technical writing skills are a must.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of security & risk frameworks, standards, and best practices.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Use excellent time management skills, and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Show an ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision (i.e. self-motivated and willing to stretch to meet important deadlines).


  • Support the planning and conducting of cybersecurity exercises such as tabletop exercises for programs and applications.
  • Develop exercise reports to include lessons learned after all exercises.
  • Assist in supporting DLA programs and applications with the development of RMF packages.
  • Support DLA compliance with Cyber Defense directives to include validation of long-term, recurring requirements.
  • The contractor will assist staff in preparation of CSSP evaluations and compliance with established metrics.
  • The contractor will support annual CSSP self-assessment effort as well as other inspections and audits as applicable.
  • The contract shall coordinate obtaining and compiling information for CSSP metrics.
  • Provide updates to DLA CERT and DLA Cyber Security management on status of CSSP preparations.
  • The contractor shall prepare training materials to assist in the transition of procedures and policies to government personnel.


  • Seven (7) years of relevant cybersecurity policy experience
  • Must possess a current DOD Top Secret Clearance and be eligible for SCI and IT-1 access
  • Upon start of employment on contract, must meet the following DOD 8570 Baseline requirements
    • IAT Level II (one of the following)
      • CCNA Security
      • CySA+
      • GICSP
      • GSEC
      • Security+ CE
      • SSCP
      • CND
    • CSSP Analyst or Incident Responder (AND one of the following)
      • CEH
      • CFR
      • CCNA Cyber Ops
