The Contractor shall work as a member of a team
The Contractor shall develop and write code for front end software applications using Angular 10
The Contractor shall support and develop a cloud hosted web application user interface
The Contractor shall create interactive graphics
The Contractor shall create displays supporting analysis
The Contractor shall create documentation supporting team activities
The Contractor shall convert existing requirements to cloud requirements
The Contractor shall transition the current standalone system to the Sponsor’s AWS cloud environment
The Contractor shall enhance the web application’s functionality, user interface, and accessibility
The Contractor shall build software based tools for use by the team at the Sponsor’s direction
The Contractor shall provide life cycle support to the application in the AWS environment
The Contractor shall ensure the application meets Industry and Sponsor UI/UX development Best Practices
The Contractor shall implement ongoing Sponsor security requirements for web applications
The Contractor shall understand the Sponsor’s Assessments & Authorization (A&A) process
The Contractor shall assist with IT System reviews that are required for completing the various A&A steps
The Contractor shall provide technical documentation for Sponsor’s A&A process such as System Security Plans and Continuous Monitoring Plans
The Contactor shall update and install certificates for new and existing web applications
The Contractor shall run security scans on existing and new web applications
The Contractor shall provide development support for updating patches and code
The Contractor shall set up a development environment in AWS
The Contractor shall work with the Sponsor’s sister division that manages the AWS resources to set up an AWS account
The Contractor shall maintain access control to web applications
The Contractor shall communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
The Contractor shall attend sprint planning sessions every 2-3 weeks and all required team meetings, to include a daily team standup
All resources on this JITR or transitioning to this JITR in the future (backfills) must meet ALL required skills listed. Sponsor requests that the Contractor provide candidates with meeting as many of the desired skills as possible for current and future resources on this JITR.
