Many tasks required of this position are transactional in nature, but based on level of expertise and interest the incumbent may be offered more autonomous tasks for which they can take ownership. This is a significant customer relations type position; the Administrative Assistant II will interact with everyone from junior officers to senior officers. Duties will range from obtaining office supplies, taking on vault custodian duties, organizing meetings (within the department and across the sponsor), and greeting senior officers as they arrive in the vault for meetings. Good verbal and written communication skills are criteria and professionalism is essential. The role has no physical requirements or travel requirements. There are no specific schedule requirements, but 8 hours/day is expected. Core Hours are 8am-4pm
