Service Desk Analyst

Key West, FL

  • Secret level US Security Clearance is required

  • We have a need for someone that is good at understanding issues that occur with computers, networks, servers etc. Troubleshooting is a key component of this role. Having a sense of urgency is key. Due to frequent customer interaction, good presentation and polished communication skills are key.

  • Collect and analyze complex information from system users and formulates the scope, objectives and create troubleshooting solutions for systems needs with limited supervision.

  • Conducts advanced form design and layout activities with limited guidance from manager.

  • Performs preparation of systems specifications.

  • Under limited supervision, prepare and maintain technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems.

  • Applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. May provide guidance to less-experienced personnel.

  • Performs detailed analysis and systems design.

  • Prepares moderately complex flow charts, models, and procedures along with conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.

  • May coach and review the work of less-experienced professionals.

Qualification Requirements:

  • BA/BS (or equivalent experience)

  • 5+ years of experience

Certification Requirements:

  • IAT level Compliant Certification (i.e. Security+, SSCP, etc).

  • MD-100 or Win 10 Certification
