Join GDIT, an experienced leader in U-2 operations. We are pursuing this new opportunity and are in need of an Information Technology Specialist for Beale AFB, CA.
The Information Technology Specialist will provide support to the Program Manager and Information Technology Lead as required. Responsible for the installation, maintenance, upgrades, and security compliance of classified and unclassified MPC infomation technology. Will ensure24/7/365 uninterrupted operation of the classified and unclassified MPC networks in support of global U-2 missions. At least one (1) IT Specialist will have experience in the following: Mac OS X and Server administration, iOS Mobile Device Management (MDM) and deployment; an ability to operate Apple Configurator and manage Volume Purchase Program (VVP) and Device Enrollment Program (DEP) for Apple Devices; ability to use cloud based Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools; ability to write scripts and automation tools for Apple device management, Apple TV, and Mac OS devices; ability to manage small to medium scale enterprise environrment with 200-300 Apple devices; ability to manage security controls, concept of operations, and sustainment; and ability to manage commercial internet and WI-FI connection.
Three (3) years as an Information Technology Specialist
A valid, current certification in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M (may include one of the following: Security+ CE (or higher), SSCP, or GSEC)
Top Secret/SCI clearance is REQUIRED
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience
