General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Database Programmer to join our Army Installation Support Modules (ISM) Project. The ideal candidate will be familiar with PL/SQL development and coding. Should be experienced in working with Oracle databases in a Unix/Solaris environment. Should have excellent communication and analytic skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
Active Secret Clearance
Overall 5-8 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of Unix Shell/scripting in Solaris Environment
Knowledge of Oracle database in Solaris Environment
Experienced in PL/SQL programming/scripting (package/procedure writing & modifying)
Knowledge of Oracle Advanced Queuing
Period of employment for this project may not exceed six months.
