Responsibilities:
Manages systems professionals directly and offers leadership, coaching, and training.
Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.
Develops and administers schedule and performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities.
Enhances information systems by identifying information systems technology opportunities and developing application strategies.
Maintains accounts, security, workflows, and secure systems connectivity.
Manages all information systems policies and procedures.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience. Experience managing a complete IT infrastructure engagement (Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3).
Experience with Managed Services is preferred (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, XaaS)
Experience managing a program with ~1500 end users of similar size, scale, and complexity

c. 1000 devices (servers, network, and storage)
d. 1500 workstations
