GDIT’s Intelligence and Homeland Security Division has a global presence providing systems integration, information technology and telecom services, infrastructure development, integration and operations and sustainment, professional and technical services and simulation and training services to the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, federal agencies and coalition partners.

The Talent Acquisition Director will work directly with organization/program leaders, Finance, HR leaders and their teams to understand, interpret and translate organizational/program strategies into workforce requirements, including critical capabilities, and program cadence to manage the flow of talent, aligning supply to demand:

  • Provide subject matter leadership by translating industry Talent Acquisition trends into relevant best practice and performance optimization through demonstrated experience with the Intelligence Community and Department of Homeland Security
  • Design and execute Talent Acquisition strategies to support organic growth and new business objectives
  • Lead the design of talent strategies to be included in proposals
  • Influence talent elements of Intelligence and Homeland Security proposals
  • Design and implement talent strategies to address the diminishing pool of cleared talent
  • Guide Talent Acquisition and cross functional teams through contract award transitions and maintain staffing rigor post transition
  • Integrate and leverage best in class metrics, conduct data analysis to measure impact against objectives, and advise business leaders on the health of the business
  • Deliver results to the Business through strategic partnerships and tactical execution
  • Conduct ongoing resource planning and leverage centralized functions for optimal resource alignment
  • Set the Talent Acquisition vision and inspire, coach, develop and engage a diverse and dispersed team

In order to be considered:

  • ​Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10 years Recruiting experience with concentration in IHS
  • Demonstrated success in delivering talent in support of large-scale enterprise programs
  • Demonstrated trust and endorsement of critical Intelligence and Homeland Security business leaders
  • Has been commended as a strategic and critical business partner
  • Servant leader committed to creating an inclusive workplace
  • Willing and able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/Security Clearance with POLY
  • Strong learning, technical and change agility
