Has satisfied Senior Data Center Technician requirements
Has/obtain/maintain a TS/SCI with FSP security clearance
Responsible for Management functions to include performance management, HR functions, approvals, and acts as point of escalation 24x7
Drive the workflow to the technician on shift.
Drive technician performance to SLA and KPI attainment
Following up on escalations, blocking issues, and responding to site-specific email
Leadership role across Geographic region
Validate technician performance metrics
Available to work tickets as required by demand
Data center Services Incident Outage investigation and submission
