Executive Director

GDIT Federal Financial Agencies is looking for an Executive Director of Strategic Planning and Business processes responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs, as well as the design, implementation, and evaluation of business processes. The candidate for this position leads business strategy meetings to discuss trend analysis with Program Leadership and Government Client Stakeholders and recommends plan updates.

Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning and business process reengineering
• A minimum of 10 years of Federal experience (direct or via contract) managing large-scale government programs
• Thorough knowledge of the government budget and investment lifecycle

Required Skills:

• Consult at the highest level of agency management serving as trusted advisors, providing the highest level of analytical guidance and advice to senior executives in government
• Assist in the overall strategy development at the agency level

Education Requirements:

• Requires a Masters Degree or equivalent experience from an accredited university or college

Public Trust: Active Favorably Adjudicated U.S. Government background investigation (T1 minimum)
