Designs and develops analysis instruments and/or strategies to identify training requirements and evaluate training effectiveness. Design and develops training materials for multiple types of training platforms.

  • Conducts analysis of training requirements (needs, job, task analysis, and gap analysis).
  • Facilitates structured interviews, focus groups, and/or collect data through other methods to collect and analyze information, and compiles results and recommendations into a report.
  • Identifies needs and provides viable interventions, including training and performance support.
  • Designs and develops curriculum materials for web-based and classroom deliveries, to include Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI), Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor-led Training (VILT), and other blended platforms.
  • Design and develops reliable and valid student assessments meet training objectives.
  • Conducts Levels 1, 2, 3, and 4, evaluations IAW Kirkpatrick Model of Evaluation.
  • Coordinates with graphic artists, programmers, and other team members to accomplish tasks.
  • Provides guidance and work leadership to less experienced personnel and may have supervisory responsibilities.
  • May serve as a technical team or task leader.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
  • Participates in special projects as required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Also possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.
  • May coach and review the work of less-experienced professionals.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience

The likely salary range for this position is $64,181 - $96,270, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
