Job Description

Our work depends on an experienced technician joining our team to provide technical support to our customers in both O'Fallon, IL and St. Louis, MO.


● Providing technology support services, including deployment of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software, and provide general support for all technical areas.

● Conducting in-depth troubleshooting of incident tickets and service requests, while leveraging a well-rounded understanding of enterprise technology standards.

● Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.

● Working both independently, and as part of a team, to identify and resolve technical issues.

● Maintaining current knowledge of supported technologies.

● Participating in special projects, as required.

● Providing hands/eyes support for the Enterprise Network team, as needed.

● Providing technical training to supported customers.


● Education: High School Diploma/GED
● Required Experience: 5+ years of experience in a related field or position.

● Required Technical Skills: Knowledge of Windows operating systems and the Microsoft suite of applications, which includes Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft System Center. Also requires a solid understanding of basic networking principles.
● Required Skills and Abilities: Strong written and oral communication, as well as excellent customer service skills, are required.

● US Citizenship Required

Preferred Skills:

Technical certification in a skill that relates to our supported technology is a strong plus (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc).
