Ability to become familiar w/ Agency & Logistics regulations, policies & unique authorities
Basic knowledge of various Logistics databases & applications
Knowledge of how to read & interpret routine financial statements
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
Working knowledge of customer networks/systems
Ability to explain rules/procedures clearly and accurately orally & in writing
Ability to elicit information on moderately complex technical problems from non-technical customers for resolution of problems requiring significant analysis across multiple environments
PC repair/troubleshooting desired
