Lead implementation teams through complex Appian technical solutions
Effectively manage project workstreams such as Architecture, Development, Testing, DevOps and Data Migration
Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of the project
Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Provide technical and business liaison between the delivery team and the customer
Bachelors Degree and 5+ years of experience with delivering complex Appian solutions
8+ years of IT experience
Strong experience with Agile delivery using Jira
Experience with Appian Federal hybrid Cloud configurations
Appian Senior or Lead Developer Certification
Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience implementing federal government acquisition solutions is a plus
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical project stakeholders
Strong troubleshooting and conflict resolution skills
The likely salary range for this position is $112,000 - $168,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
