This role is fully remote!


  • Lead implementation teams through complex Appian technical solutions

  • Effectively manage project workstreams such as Architecture, Development, Testing, DevOps and Data Migration

  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of the project

  • Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives

  • Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them

  • Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project

  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.

  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

  • Provide technical and business liaison between the delivery team and the customer


  • Bachelors Degree and 5+ years of experience with delivering complex Appian solutions

  • 8+ years of IT experience

  • Strong experience with Agile delivery using Jira

  • Experience with Appian Federal hybrid Cloud configurations

  • Appian Senior or Lead Developer Certification

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience implementing federal government acquisition solutions is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical project stakeholders

  • Strong troubleshooting and conflict resolution skills


The likely salary range for this position is $112,000 - $168,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
