Join General Dynamic Information Technology’s (GDIT’s) Defense Division to provide Quality Assurance Services for an exciting new Enterprise Cloud Services contract.  As a Sr. Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating software products and systems for a global hybrid cloud capability.  Duties include comprehensive Quality Assurance focused on leading delivery of Enterprise Change Management. You will maintain and establish a process for evaluating software and associated documentation throughout the software life cycle.

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the level of quality throughout the Cloud Service Offering life cycle, developing Quality Assurance Plans, maintaining and establishing a process for evaluating solutions and associated documentation, participating in formal and informal reviews at predetermined points throughout the development life cycle to determine quality, examining and evaluating the Quality Assurance (QA) process and recommending enhancements and modifications and developing quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining all quality assurance and independent verification and validation (IV&V) documentation; ensuring compliance with recognized standards and practices; reviewing all documentation for completeness, accuracy, and correctness; reviewing and validating testing requirements; presenting IV&V results and troubleshooting technical problems; making recommendations to improve overall quality and certifying that deliverables have met all quality requirements.

Qualifications:    

  • BA/BS and 6+ years of QA experience including experience working in Cloud Services; additional experience / certifications may be considered in place of education.
  • Active DoD Top Secret and SCI Eligibility.
  • Expertise of QA principles, methods, and techniques as well as knowledge of the associated processes and methodologies to maintain level of quality throughout the software life cycle.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • Ability to motivate teams to perform exceptionally over long stretches of time and in challenging situations.
  • Expertise leading QA of formal contractual deliverables to prepare end users and technical teams for large-scale Enterprise migrations.
  • Expertise collaborating in agile large team environments and working to an Integrated Master Project Schedule.
  • Expertise collaborating with Business and Technology teams.
  • Experience with hybrid and cloud service delivery models.
  • Expertise interfacing with senior customers and other principal stakeholders to obtain needed quality requirements and verify completion of quality requirements with customer and service providers, ensuring expectations are appropriately met.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Able to travel 5-10% to VA/MD/DC area.
