Our work depends on Software Engineer Senior joining our team to employ artificial intelligence, and natural language processing to create an adaptive Virtual Helpdesk Agent (Chat/Voice Bot) that becomes “smarter” with each transaction.

As the Conversational AI Developer you will work with product owners, telephony engineer, data engineers and data scientists to create AI functionality into existing applications. You will also maintain those systems to make sure that everything is running smoothly. *


  • Design, develop, implement, and monitor Conversational AI systems

  • Understand business use case and solve using Conversational AI software

  • Educate the team at large on the potential and limitations of AI systems

  • Develop data ingest and data transformation architecture

  • Lead the search for new AI technologies to implement within the business

  • Train teams when it comes to the implementation of AI systems


  • BS degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • 5+ years developing software applications
  • 2 years of Advanced NodeJS and/or Python experience.
  • Experience designing and implementing conversation bot systems for both Chat and Voice using  Google Dialogflow or QnA maker or LUIS or Power Virtual Agent or RASA or Amazon Connect.
  • Exeperience developing cloud solutions using compute engine, serverless compute instances, storage, database and data processing services in either GCP, Azure or AWS.  
  • Strong understanding of Intent Classification, Dialog flow, entity extraction, sentiment analysis.
  • Strong hands on experience with Github and API integrations  
  • Working experience with Natural Language Processing packages.
  • Proficient at collaboration and building trusted relationship with cross function teams.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Secret Clearance will be required prior to start. Active Secret Clearance is preferred.

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $98,400 - $147,600, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
