Seeking an Project Analyst to join our team in Arlington, VA

Provide direct on-site client support to the Vulnerability Management (VM) subdivision within DHS Agency, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).

Primary responsibilities include:


-Providing analysis and customer-facing support for VM programs;

-Provide insight and recommendations on process improvements for data storage and reporting.

-Support the Vulnerability Inbox;

-Follow established procedures for routing requests/concerns;

-Serve as a conduit between Vulnerability Management and CISA stakeholders;

-Conduct research and provide responses for request for information;

-Provide attentive customer service support to stakeholders.

Candidate must have:

  • 1-2 years of experience with metrics analysis and reporting

  • Expertise with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong written communications ability

  • Customer service orientated, focused and ability to multitask.

  • Ability to respond to urgent and sensitive requests for information

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong and demonstrable teamwork abilities

  • Flexible, self-motivated, and able to adapt to changing circumstances

  • A basic understanding of the Cybersecurity field

Preferred qualifications:

Business operations support in cybersecurity or Information Technology

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 2+ years of experience
