Our work depends on a Program Manager joining our team to support customer activities in the DC Metro Area.
At GDIT, we put our people first. As a Program Manager supporting Federal-Civilian or State and Local programs, you will be trusted to lead Managed IT services. In this role, a typical day will include:
Managing the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area including technical work, financial and business development activities.
Supervising assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate supervisors, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation.
Directing program activities to meet client and organization work objectives and serves as a liaison with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.
Performing business development activities at all stages, including the preparation and review of technical and cost proposals.
Performing program financial management services, including financial analysis, budget and cost quote preparation, cost management, reconciliation, and profit enhancement.
Coordinating and monitors sub-contractor activities and administers subcontractor deliverables and finances.
Developing, reviewing and approves plans, schedules, reports, technical reviews and other program documents.
Ensure compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree.
Years of relevant experience: 8+ years of Program Management experience for federal Enterprise IT, Technology Transformation, Cybersecurity, or Federal Health IT programs.
Current Public Trust or Security clearance preferred
Prior experience managing federal services programs of 150+ FTEs and/or valued at over 50 million dollars is preferred.
