Serves as the Assistant Task Order Manager (ATOM) for the Army National Guard (ARNG) Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP). The program delivers the ARNG training on individual, leader, battle staff, and simulation-driven collective Mission Command (MC) training technical, exercise, simulation, and organizational support in all 50 states and 4 territories.
Responsible to serve as the alternate principle point of contact for all task order technical requirements and contract deliverables. To include assisting the TOM in leading and managing a team of full time and part time contractors supporting six ARNG Mission Training Complexes; the planning, development and execution of an overall Program Management Plan and associated standard operating procedures to orchestrate technical support plans, operating budgets, program metrics, and regular and recurring status reports; Interfaces regularly with the Government PM, MTC Commanders, and the contracting officials to ensure clear communication across the effort; support in the recruitment and training/certification, of the program workforce; and the management of subcontractors in support of the program.
Additional responsibilities include the preparation of technical support plans, operating budgets, program metrics, and regular and recurring status reports.
10+ years of relevant experience.
Work location-National Capital Region (NCR).
Active Secret Clearance.
2 yrs. managing teams executing a variety of contract actions and functions
3 yrs of experience in managing equivalent projects or programs
Preferred: Served as a BN or BDE S3
Preferred: Knowledgeable in the art and science of UTM and MCIS training
Experienced in training and operations at the battalion and higher level
Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and others)
