GDIT is seeking a SharePoint Admin to support the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). Under the I2TS 3 task order, INSCOM ensures reliable, uninterrupted availability of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) including: networks, hardware, software, engineering, and specialized tools at the point of customer need to support INSCOM's mission. INSCOM and its MSCs provide the enabling layer to connect the Army and its tactical formations to defense and national intelligence agencies via tactical networks. The ability to provide mission critical intelligence is dependent on the successful use of its information technology (IT) networks worldwide.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online administration.
Experience in Microsoft SharePoint Online and Teams implementations.
Build, configure, and manage SharePoint and all associated services.
Performing standard SharePoint Site Collection Administration duties
Create and manage sites, libraries, lists, and workflows
Manage security groups, user permissions, content types, columns, etc.
Collaborate with stakeholders/colleagues to identify and document requirements for planning, designing, and developing information flows etc.
Develop workflows, automations and other PowerApps to improve pilot/project delivery and artifact management
Regularly reviewing, configuring, and cleaning-up user accounts, permission groups, sites, and content to ensure stability and usability of the Site Collection and to safeguard important data.
Managing and maintaining permission groups, security settings, and site access.
Ensuring Site Collection users adhere to established policies. Enforce policies and standards, governance rules, and best practices.
Desirable Skills / Experience:
Knowledge/experience of Army command structures and possess the ability to integrate knowledge into SharePoint infrastructure for leadership and user consumption.
Experience/ability to produce and carry out briefings to senior leadership.
High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of related experience, or Associate's Degree with 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience, or Master's Degree with 2 years of experience
DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II Computing Environment (CE) Certification as determined by the Program Manager is required prior to support on contract
Required Security Environment Certification: CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent
Candidates must be willing and able to attain a CI Polygraph for certain positions as determined by the contract
