Responsibilities

  • Developing analysis models leveraging a wide array of tools and techniques to identify previously unknown cyber intrusion attempts.
  • Sharing modeling techniques with analysts and engineers
  • Documenting and teaching other team members how to apply advanced analytic techniques to identify suspicious behavior.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience in relevant field (e.g. Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science)
  • Minimum eight (8) years of experience in advanced modeling, statistical analysis, applied computer science.
  • Proficiency in deploying and maintaining open source data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Experience providing training in analytic tools and techniques.
  • Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job aids, and hands-on training materials.
  • Secret security clearance

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent years of experience in relevant field (e.g. Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science)
  • Proficiency in process automation using multiple scripting and development tools including, but not limited to: HTML, PowerShell, VBScript Perl, Ruby, or Python
  • Experience providing technical training.
  • Top Secret security clearance

Additional Screening Criteria:

  • Experience with networking protocols, email communications, cyber intrusion techniques.
  • Network load balancing
