As an Administrative Assistant IV, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
This part-time position will be the sole front office Administrative Assistant IV, however, there are other contractors supporting the front office with other tasks. The ideal candidate must be adaptable, able to work under short deadlines with shifting priorities, and willing to provide a wide range of duties. The candidate is a team player who has the ability to work independently with competency in problem solving, possess excellent computer skills and have the desire to consistently improve processes. The AA IV candidate is expected to professionally represent the front office to a variety of sponsor and IC partners and commercial vendors. Primary duties and responsibilities include: • Serve as the front office's point of contact. • Coordinate with the other office AAs in regard to calendars, visits, and travel. • Support leadership calendar requirements and participate in weekly stand-up coordination meeting. • Prepare communications such as e-memos, emails, reports and other correspondence. • Track and coordinate responses within the office to action items in the action tracker system which requires excellent writing and editing skills. • Support office leadership with office renovation/refresh coordination activities. • Manage the front office logistical needs to include ordering and acquiring business supplies and IT equipment as needed. • As required, prepare and maintain hardcopy and electronic files, which include requester data, correspondence, and tasking activity information. • Coordinate intra- and inter organizational referrals. The part -time work week schedule is flexible
HS Diploma and 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
TS/SCI with Polygraph
The AA will work the office core hours of 9am-3pm on the days selected but those days are flexible Monday thru Friday
Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Minimal to no travel to other buildings locally
