At GDIT, people are our differentiator. In this role, a typical day will include:
Working with a team that consists of content managers and publishers
Editing HTML and creating thumbnails
Updating posted products as requested in a timely manner
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is desired but not required
Minimum of 11 years related experience or appropriate combination of relevant experience and education
Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
Attentive to detail, able to adapt to rapidly changing work environment and deadlines, and highly organized
Some holiday and weekend work may be required at times
Flexibility to adjust to possible changes in work schedule
Technical Skills: o HTML 5 o Dreamweaver, Adobe Creative Suite Design or Premium (Acrobat Pro, Photoshop) • Preferred Qualifications: o Previous Sponsor experience publishing and disseminating products is a plus

Creates and implements highly complex contingency plans in preparation of website outages.
Builds upon current knowledge and provides guidance on emerging and relevant programming that will enhance web applications and websites overall functionality.
Provides guidance and leadership to less-experienced web developer personnel.
May serve as a team or task leader. (Not a people manager)
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 8+ years of experience
