Senior Microsoft Intune iOS MDM Engineer

Our dynamic program team of IT leaders and large and small business partners is seeking bright, energetic and talented individuals to join us as we bring our innovative IT Service Delivery solutions to SEC. Currently; we are seeking an MS Intune iOS MDM Engineer. The selected candidate must a US Citizen (without dual citizenship) and able to obtain a Public Trust Suitability clearance, per contract requirements.

The EUT Intune iOS MDM Manager Engineer will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining iOS mobile device management (MDM) solutions using Microsoft Intune.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and implement iOS mobile device management (MDM) solutions using Microsoft Intune.
• Configure and manage policies for iOS devices, including compliance, security, and app protection policies.
• Develop and implement automation solutions using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
• Provide end-user support for iOS devices enrolled in Intune MDM.
• Collaborate with other engineers, project managers, and SEC Government stakeholders to understand business requirements, propose solutions, and provide updates on project progress.
• Evaluate new iOS MDM technologies and features and make recommendations for their adoption.
• Monitor and report on Intune MDM solution performance, and troubleshoot issues as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 8 years of Windows and/or End User Device Engineering, administering and knowledge of Office 365 applications
• Strong technical skills in iOS mobile device management (MDM) solutions using Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell.
• Familiarity with compliance, security, and app protection policies for iOS devices enrolled in Intune MDM, Apple Push Notification service (APNs) certificates, Device enrollment through DEP, Apple Configurator, or manual enrollment. Azure AD tenant for Intune as MDM
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and keeping up to date with the latest iOS MDM technologies and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Desired Microsoft Certified:
• Intune Administrator Associate or similar certifications.
