This office is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistance {AA) to play a critical role as an Access Manager for multiple platforms. Following sponsor direction, the candidate will grant access to new users, change user roles and deactivate accounts. At the direction of the sponsor, the candidate will work with developers to correct inaccurate biographical data and security related information in customer systems. Candidate will be required to provide superior customer service by understanding customer's requests, researching the possible causes, and generating solutions in regards to system issues. Candidate will need to review information in customer systems to determine the cause of the problem and correct the issue. Candidate will supply the same customer service to other databases. This office expects the candidate to maintain "core office hours" of in by 9AM and departure no earlier than 3PM; however, accommodations can be made for extenuating circumstances. Candidate will be required to attend meetings in the leadership's absence or ad hoc as required. Occasional travel might be required to meet with an organization partner Travel for this meeting is approximately 50 miles round trip and a vehicle will be provided based on availability.

The candidate will use Outlook as primary means of correspondence with customers. Microsoft Office, Excel, and Sharepoint will be at a standard system use. There will be specialized training and on the job training for customer systems. Candidate will provide miscellaneous support services to various databases to validate and update information.
