  • Full P/L responsibility and accountability for successfully delivering all aspects of a large complex project.
  • Provides oversight and direction to the engineering team in designing and delivering the project.
  • Provides technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned project or tasks.
  • Ensures our customers are satisfied through formal and information meetings and associated feedback and earn top-rated CPARS.
  • Participates in the development of technical road maps, project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting.
  • Leverages functional support teams such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Talent Acquisition, Subcontract Management to achieve program objectives.
  • Directs the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, task orders and all CDRL’s required by the contract.  
  • Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload.
  • Serves as the primary GDIT lead with the government customer on the project.
  • Manages relationships with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring that they deliver products and services on time and on budget, consistent with contract requirements.
  • Manages and oversees the development of deliverables and products.
  • Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.
  • Develops and maintains a culture of quality, performance, and continuous improvement within the organization.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience working on projects of all contract types, from T&M and CP and FFP, to include Award/Incentive fee. 
  • Leadership qualities that enable employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, professional development, innovation, collaboration, communication, and accountability.
  • Demonstrated skill and experience in building and managing a complex set of customer stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
  • Ability and flexibility to actively engage with customers and employees including travel to all portfolio and customer locations.
  • Garner customer support by communicating knowledge and use of IT Service Management processes (ITSMF / DESMF) and IT best practices as the framework for IT service evolution.

Required Qualifications

  • Secret clearance at a minimum
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years PM experience on complex projects.  Must have managed projects with a TCV of at least $250m.
  • Managed a broad range of IT project types, from software development to managing large, complex enterprise IT. 
  • Experience with EVMS
  •  Experience with components of US military, especially Air Force, Navy, Marine Corp, DTRA and SOCOM.
  • PMP Certification
  • Strong understanding of project financials, profits and loss, and the ability to create an adhere to project budgets and schedules.
  • Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Must be able to determine and define project scope and objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • TS/SCI clearance
  • OCONUS experience and knowledge of SOFA, TESA, etc.  
  • Managed contracts with a TCV worth over $500m. 
  • FEDSIM experience
  • Master’s Degree
