The Administrative Assistant is expected to work a 40 hour work schedule M-F during core office hours (7-3, 84, 9-5). Flex time is possible. There are no physical requirements for the job and there is no expectation the contractor will have to TDY outside of WMA. There may be times the candidate will have to travel to other buildings in the WMA using POV. The Administrative Assistant has to have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multi-task and be comfortable/familiar with creating and updating EXCEL spreadsheets along with the department website and web based Sponsor request programs. The admin assistant will be an integrated team member who will be assigned specific duties but will also be asked to support program managers on their tasks such as answering emails from trainees about T&A issues and other generic HR related issues.
