Our work depends on TS/SCI level cleared Program Management Analyst joining our team to support our Intelligence customer in D.C Metro area or St. Louis, MO.
Develops and applies quality standards in accordance with company and customer requirements. Develops and conducts related tests and certificates of analysis. Ensures compliance is followed throughout quality assurance process. Liaisons with external suppliers to meet quality standards. Documents the quality testing process.
Directly supports the program manager with financial analysis, staffing, customer deliverables, etc.
Works directly with the business office to compile data for financial analysis, staffing, deliverables, etc.
Supports the entire program team with ad hoc needs
Prepares materials for program management reviews
Prepares materials for quarterly program reviews
Manages the program schedule and calendars
Identifies, tracks and defines ways to measure program performance
Supports the program team with configuration management
Supports the Government program management office (GPMO)
Provides technical and administrative review of work processes, procedures and products to ensure adherence to design standards and specifications, to detect and correct errors and problems, and to relate progress to schedules.
Works with programmers and engineers to eliminate problems.
Collects and analyzes metrics and prepares status reports, problem notification reports and problem resolution reports.
6+ years of experience
Bachelor's Degree in STEM field
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in the analysis and design of computer systems or software development
Minimum 4 years specialized quality assurance/control experience.
Working experience with systems and/or software standards, configuration control and documentation management, requirements analysis, problem solving, troubleshooting, and/or the use of metrics and testing
