Program Analyst Senior Advisor

Our work depends on Program Analyst Senior Advisor joining our team to support the client with assessing medical Science and Technology (S&T) materiel and knowledge product Transition Agreements that ultimately support the advanced development of medical products for the Service Member.

HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST SENIOR ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Provides oversight of DoD S&T projects
  • Develops, reviews, and/or approved DoD S&T Transition Agreements (TAs) and work within the Defense Acquisition System (DAS)
  • Assess medical S&T materiel and knowledge product TAs, transitioning to a Product Management Office or other recipient, for reasonableness, completeness, accuracy, and correctness in accordance with various DoD TA policies and procedures
  • Develops and/or execute processes and procedures to manage complex data gathering, analysis and reporting requirements
  • Plans, conducts, supervises or manages DoD Science and Technology research
  • Tracks, reports, and manages large data sets; establishes and promulgates guidance/Standard Operating Procedures; and establishes and meets suspense
  • Communicates with Senior Leaders and develops and presents briefings and provides recommendations
  • Develops lesson plans and provides instruction in an adult learning environment


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree (business, medicine, biotechnology or other science-related field) or equivalent work experience
  • Required Experience: 7-12 years’ experience managing or providing oversight of DoD S&T projects; medical project management experience a plus
  • Required Certification: Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Science and Technology Management (STM) or Program Management (PM) qualification equivalent to prior Level III, Equivalent DoD work experience as a STM or PM and/or current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification
  • Required Technical Skills: Experience working within the Defense Acquisition System (DAS)
  • Security Clearance Level: NACI(T1) clearable
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Must be outstanding communicator, both verbal and written; ability to work with minimal oversight; and demonstrated ability to lead and work well in a team environment
