**Position requires an in-scope TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.**

 

The Support Staff Front Office AA will be required to independently process support requirements from start to finish. Although many requests are transactional, there is often an added level of complexity requiring critical thinking skills to ensure each situation is appropriately addressed and seen through to completion. As the sole administrator for the FO, the AA will be in a customer facing position and will independently manage the day-to-day administrative requirements. The AA will support senior leadership at the GS-15 and Senior Executive level and must possess professional decorum and utilize discretion when performing duties. Solid verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently are required.  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT-This position does not require any heavy lifting. TRAVEL/TDY- there is no requirement to TDY or travel to other buildings. SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS- The candidate must arrive no later than 0830, and additional hours are authorized if the candidate needs to stay past 8 hours.
