GDIT is currently seeking a Project Integrator to provide technical support for a new program that provides agency-wide Enterprise IT support. The Project Integrator will serve in a vital program role, responsible for ensuring project tasks are appropriately resourced, requirements are neatly collected, project status is clearly communicated on a regular basis, and deadlines are met.
• Responsible for tracking project workflow, scheduling review meetings, defining and communicating feedback cycles, and ensuring the project remains on track • Determine the applicability of requirements, and ensure the project team’s understanding and track through completion • Management of the project deliverables and ensuring project deadlines are met • Collaborating with internal technical teams, ISSMs, and stakeholders to build relationships and achieve objectives • Serve as the facilitator for ensuring the project achieves the required IT and Security Governance Board approvals • Preparing and presenting status reports, data calls, deliverables and briefings as required • Maintaining consistent, proactive, and timely communication with stakeholders • Support the efforts to deploy SecDevOps, Infrastructure as Code and automation efforts across the service area
Required Skills: o Bachelor’s Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience o Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods o Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others o Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making o Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality o Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles o Familiarity with Agile development methodologies o Excellent presentation and communication skills o Detailed knowledge of relevant government regulations and standards o Possess an active TS/SCI security clearance, with Full-Scope Polygraph
