Identify and document data needs for the program

  • Gather data requirements / transformation logics for data sources.

  • Develop and maintain Enterprise data dictionaries.

  • Develops queries, reusable components, and stored procedures

  • Responsible for data quality - Data profiling, data cleansing, etc.

  • Responsible to perform functional and performance testing, data extraction, loading and transformation


  • BS Degree and 10 years of experience working with relevant applications and data;

  • 14 years of relevant experience will satisfy degree and experience requirement.

  • Four years of experience  in analytic programming, querying databases/data warehouses and data analysis.

  • Experience working with mainframe preferred.
  • DoD experience is desired
  • Secret/Top Secret clearance is REQUIRED
