This position is part of a team of project managers responsible for delivery of customer focused projects.  The candidate will work closely with various software engineering, infrastructure, and technical operations teams, as well as other Project Managers to assess requirements, coordinate resources and deliver projects for our customer.  This position is also responsible for assisting with operational activities and functions.  The candidate must possess strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills while having the ability to articulate highly technical and complex project requirements to both customers and internal teams.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience
  • Must possess and maintain a U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security clearance


  • Effective project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Outstanding customer focus and service skills 


  • Prior experience with JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience with customer accreditation process


  • Provides technical, administrative, and operational support of assigned project tasks in the following areas:
    • Infrastructure Planning
      • Facilitate communications with operations staff
      • Security Evaluations 
      • User issues/needs to operations staff 
      • Provide detailed operations reporting 
      • Solicit/summarize staff observations
    • Project Management/Systems Engineering
      • Accurately capture project requirements
      • Evaluate Process and Implement Improvements
      • Support project lifecycle tasks
      • Support deconflicting project resources
      • Establish criteria for transition to operations
    • Manage Operations
      • Deliver and Support-
      • Evaluate operational process and implement improvements
      • Service Desk issue/problem management
      • Access Management
      • Change/configuration management
      • System Monitoring
      • Inventory Management 
      • DTO
      • Oversee Network/system maintenance
  • Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting
  • Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload
  • Attends customer meetings and may serve as primary liaison
  • Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables
  • Participates in special projects as required
