GDIT is currently looking for a Sr. Network Engineer. The Senior Network Engineer shall be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the current IC2&I DLS network, including monitoring and responding to hardware, software and network problems. In addition, the Senior Network Engineer will assist IC2&I and their clients with the design, development, and implementation of new networks or improvements to the current network.

This is a Telecommuting Position.

It is required that the Senior Network Engineer has the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree within a field similar to the scope of this requirement, i.e. computer science, computer engineering, systems engineering 

  • At least two years of experience engineering networks supporting DoD.

  • At least five years of experience providing network support to efforts of similar size and scope to those identified in the task order.

  • At least five years of experience migrating and maintaining assets in a cloud environment.

  • Top Secret Clearance

The likely salary range for this position is $112,000 - $168,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
