As an Administrative Assistant IV, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
The Administrative Assistant (AA) will support the Sponsor Mission Center through supporting front office seniors and numerous Department Chiefs
The AA's primary responsibility will be to successfully manage the high volume of taskings that come to Mission Center and the Departments every day
The AA must be able to take initiative for tasks, be effective when working individually and also contribute in our team environment. The AA must establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with the Mission Center Front office team
The AA will be expected to have strong interpersonal skills, to be able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing, and to be well-organized. As a part of our administrative and support team, the Mission Center will look to the AA to contribute to office activities and help teammates in a variety of ad-hoc ways
The position sits in Mclean, VA and there is no travel required to other locations. No lifting or moving of heavy items is required with this position.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
HS Diploma and 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
TS/SCI with Polygraph
The AA should arrive between 0700-0900 and depart between 1600-1730 with the core hours of the position being 7:30am -3:30pm. This position requires a standard schedule consisting of 8 hour workdays 5 days a week, there will be opportunity for some overtime, if desired
Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Able to perform duties with minimal supervision and some team interaction
This position is on customer site
