HOW A QLIK DEVELOPER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Develop and provide Business Intelligence and Big Data Analytics solutions, including dashboards and visualizations using Qlik Sense
Provide data modeling and reporting (ad hoc report generation)
Perform data transformation and create Qlik View Data (QVD) files and set analysis
Design, architect, develop and deploy applications using Qlik Sense
Perform front-end development using visualization best practices
Design databases using advanced Structured Query Language (SQL) skills, including MS SQL Server, Oracle, and Teradata
Communicate with customers and stakeholders to deliver technical insights, interpret data reports, and understand user requirements
Comprehend and translate complex and advanced functional, technical, and business requirements into executable architectural designs
Create and maintain technical documentation
Perform data integration through extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various sources
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
BA/BS or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree is preferred
10+ years of professional experience
Security Clearance Level:
Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance
US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
The security clearance for this program requires the selected candidate to have resided in the US for the past five years. The selected candidate cannot have left the country for longer than 90 consecutive days and no more than 180 cumulative days.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Minimum of 7 years’ work experience in the following:
Hands on experience in Qlik Sense development, dashboarding and data modeling and reporting (ad hoc report generation) techniques
Experienced in application designing, architecting, development and deployment using Qlik Sense. Must be efficient in front-end development and know visualization best practices
Strong database designing and SQL skills. Experienced in RDMS such as MS SQL Server, Oracle etc.
Strong communication skills (verbal/written) to deliver the technical insights and interpret the data reports to the clients; Also helps in understanding and serving to the client’s requirements
