• Provide leadership and strategic vision to a cross‐functional team to ensure customer, contractual and GDIT requirements are met. • Manage the program revenue and profit financial goals. • Serve as the primary customer point of contact. Build and enhance positive customer relationships. • Lead and manage all customer contract and pricing negotiations. • Serve as the escalation point for all customer issues and ensure that customer concerns are properly resolved to the satisfaction of the customer while maintaining positive relationships. • Lead customer Program Management Reviews and bi-weekly meetings. • Lead and manage all subcontractor contract and pricing negotiations. • Serve as the escalation point for all subcontractor issues and ensure that issues/concerns are properly resolved while maintaining positive relationships. • Control program requirements, scope, and change management issues. • Oversee the creation of operational plans that ensures compliance with the contractual Statement of Work and on time submission of customer deliverables. • Drive continuous improvement efforts across the program including innovations that improve technical and cost performance, increase revenue and spur program growth. • Coordinate with Program Control Officer(s) to develop monthly and yearly forecasts based on anticipated case volumes and background investigator capacity. • Collaborate with PCOs in the preparation of financial and program data for senior management reviews. • Ensure proper staffing across the program to meet program needs and requirements. • Identify, implement and monitor appropriate metrics for measuring program performance. • Articulate program vision and priorities that allow a multi-functional team to have “1” execution plan than meets customer, strategic and operational goals and objectives. • Lead business development activities to promote organic and new growth. • Create a positive environment where employees have the opportunity to advance and grow. • Mentor and train employees to ensure individual goals are met and provide opportunities for advancement. • Conduct performance management and take corrective action as needed to ensure program success. • Facilitate creation of and execution of communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged among key stakeholders. Work in a cross‐functional environment with other programs to accomplish program and overall PVS goals, meet established objectives and resolve operational issues.
Education: BA/BS, 5+ years experience of relevant work experience.
