DORAL, FLSecret Security Clearance (required for this position)Join our SCITES program supporting USSOUTHCOM in Doral, FL. We are in year one of a seven year contract. Currently we are helping our customer build out their first Network Operations Service Center (NOSC). Come join us and help us build a world class network service center for SOUTHCOM!RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design, plan and build communications networks.
  • Configure routers and switches, and firewalls for LAN and WAN systems and VPN concentrators with appropriate network engineering and communications protocols.
  • Coordinate LAN/WAN hardware/software improvements and/or enhancements.
  • Monitor the network utilizing industry leading technologies.
  • Provide innovative methods and technical solutions using the engineering design process. Plans implementation of enhancements.
  • Analyze customer requirements and provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
  • Perform maintenance and upgrade of networks including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems, and networks.
  • Maintain network integrity and connectivity while ensuring compliance with policies and maintains system backup and recovery capability.
  • Coordinate the acquisition of hardware and software as well as subcontractor services as needed.
  • Create plans and configures systems for data communication networks.
  • Evaluate new communications technologies to enhance capabilities of the network.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
  • Design and build the hardware and software components for computer or telecommunications networks.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to less-experienced network personnel.

  • Minimum of 2+ years of Networking experience.
  • BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
  • US Security Clearance of Secret or higher is required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Clearance.
  • DoDD 8570 IAT level II (e.g. Security+ CE, etc.) and CSSP Infrastructure Support (e.g., CEH or CySA+, etc.) required to start.
  • Computing environment certification (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, etc.) required.
