  • Supports analysis of customer policies and procedures and user roles to determine training requirements.
  • Supports design and development of training curriculums and their inter-relationships across all the user roles.
  • Supports development of training materials based on requirements analysis, may include videos, written manuals, or webinars.
  • Provides technical assistance to users in assigned subject areas, documents information shared by the users, and identifies training areas for further updates.  
  • Updates training materials to meet client needs.
  • Maintains project documentation and records.
  • Conducts functional testing of trainings.
  • Provide training, when needed, at all program staff levels.
  • Participates in special projects as requested.

EDUCATION:

Requires BA/BS degree in relevant field.

QUALIFICATIONS:

5-8 years of related experience, particularly with programs serving children and adolescents.

Clean FBI fingerprint, Child Abuse and Neglect (C/AN) and/or child protective services check.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Subject matter expertise in one of the curriculum areas

Strong organizational and oral and written communication skills

Strong knowledge of MS Office tools

Preferred experience with providing training, creating curriculum or evaluating training programs.
